How do I become a sponsor?

Those interested in becoming a sponsor can select and submit payment using the icons below, or may complete the Sponsorship Form and send with check payable to Annabella's Angels, PO Box 4874, Waterbury, CT 06704.

The deadline for sponsorship is 5:00pm on September 20, 2024 to have name/logo printed on t-shirt and 5:00pm.
